How We Work
One point of contact manages the whole order, from materials and sampling to production, inspection and shipment.

Proposal & sampling
We propose fabric and product construction to fit your budget, make a sample in 2–3 days and revise until you approve. Colours are matched to Pantone and logos are approved on a strike-off before bulk.

Production
Bulk production runs at a partner factory chosen for the product and quantity, typically in 15–45 days. You receive regular updates on materials, production and shipping dates.

QC & shipment
Independent QA/QC from tech pack review and fabric inspection to pre-shipment inspection at AQL 1.5/2.5. Packing to your specification and shipment under the Incoterms you require, with export documents and certificate of origin where needed.
