How to get an apparel quotation from Vietnam with just a photo

Many buyers delay sourcing because they think they need a complete tech pack first. For polo shirts, T-shirts, trousers and most workwear, you do not. A clear photo of a style you like, or a product you already sell, is enough to start.
What to send
- A photo of the front, and the back if there is a print or detail. A photo of a garment on a table works as well as a professional picture.
- Quantity per style, with colours and sizes if you know them. Our MOQ starts from 200 pieces per style.
- Your target price, if you have one. It is the most useful number you can share, because it tells us which fabric and construction to propose.
- The market and the use: retail, uniform or promotion, and the country you import into.
Send it by WhatsApp or email, whichever is easier.
The first 24 hours
We identify the style, its construction and suitable fabrics, then reply with options. For a polo that usually means three fabric choices from cotton-rich to CVC to TC, each with a price and lead time, so you can see the trade-offs at a glance.
Sample in 2–3 days
Once you choose an option, we make a sample, typically in 2–3 days. Logo embroidery or print is shown on a strike-off, and colours are matched to Pantone. You review the sample and we revise until you approve.
Then production
Bulk production runs at a partner factory chosen for the product and quantity, usually in 15–45 days depending on product, quantity and materials. We inspect at AQL 1.5 or 2.5 before shipment and ship under the Incoterms you require.
If you have a tech pack, send it. If you only have a photo, send that. It is enough to get a real price.
